• Basic asset profile. Due diligence for assets when policy limits are offered. (Also known as the CYA - cover-your-rear search)

• Includes fictitious business (DBA’s), corporate president and agent for service searches, Uniform Commercial Code filings, Superior civil court cases (For a business add $75 for Business Profile)

• Available in all states - includes all Level One searches
• Includes statewide bankruptcies, judgments - with dates and amounts, evictions, foreclosures, tax liens and muni civil cases
• Includes real property equity assessment, including all trust deeds and current market value (when available)
• Includes limited partnerships, statewide professional licenses, Board of Equalization, aircraft, watercraft, pilot licenses

Level Two SkipTrace |  Average Cost $250* and up

• For more difficult to locate subjects
• Includes additional database and telephone research

* Some subjects with common names, evasive behavior or extremely active profiles may require an additional research fee of up to $125.

Level Three Missing Person  |  Average Cost $500 and up

• Evasive subjects and "Name only" locates
• Also used for adoption and birth parent locates
• Long lost relatives, friends, school friends and etc.

Witness Statement/Interview
Level One  |  Telephonic Fixed Fee: $165*

• For cases which require low-cost witness statements
• Recorded telephonic statement taken with no interview prior to recording. Statement taken may be positive, negative or neutral
• $45 report fee if no statement is taken

Level Two  |  In Person Average Cost $325*

• Subject is thoroughly interviewed in person
• If witness has both favorable and unfavorable information, a written declaration can be taken, emphasizing favorable facts
• For hostile witnesses, recorded statement can be taken to commit the witness to unreasonable assertions for impeachment
• You may instruct us not to take a statement if witness is unfavorable
• Report contains description of subject
