24/7 Mobile Notary Public service 
Wilcox & Associates adheres to the State of Georgia regulations.  *Please note if you are hiring a mobile notary public, you are paying an additional fee for mobile service to your location.  During normal business hours the typical fee for 1 notarization (including travel to you) is $44.00. This fee can change based on distance and time of day.  If you are hiring a notary during peak traffic or after 8:00pm, that travel fee is increased between $10 and $50 depending on the distance.

*After 6th signature,  we notarized additional docs for free *(does not include loan signings, since they are based on a flat fee, not per document notarized)

General Fees:

• $4.00 per signature, per person

* A Minimal Travel/Convenience fee will be added to the notarization fee as follows: 

• 0-6 miles $40.00
• 7-13 miles $45.00
• 14-20 miles $65.00 and up depending on distance and peak traffic
• Airport Emergency Notarization:  $75.00 travel + standard Notary Fee.
• Before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m.  $75.00 travel fee + standard Notary Fee.
• Local Jails/corrections - 2 hours allotted:  $150.00 (must be prepaid prior to travel to the facility)
• Excessive Waiting Times:  $35.00 per hour after the first 20 minutes

• Drivers License:  U.S., Canada & Mexico

• Passport
