No refunds once payment and/or documents to serve have been submitted.
TRAINING REFUND POLICY
1. 100% refund - If the instructor cancels the course.
2. 100% less a 20% fee may be issued if the student cancels within 24 hours of
purchase and PRIOR to logging in to any presentation in the course. Afterwich, no
refunds allowed.
3. Cancellations after 5 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
4. No refunds are issued once a student has started any one presentation.
5. No substitutions once a course a student account has been created.
6. Important: Accounts that are inactive for 60 days are considered "dormant accounts",
subject to cancellation without refund for course price. Students wishing to reactive a
dormant account are subject to a $25 reactivation fee after 61 days of inactivity.
7. Requests for Cancellation or reactivation- Requests for cancellation and reactivation
must be made in writing to [email protected] (Subject: Student Cancellation or
Student Reactivation).
8. Requests for cancellation must include proof of purchase.
